The Awakening
This book tells the story of the 1927-1937 revival in China by Marie Monsen. As a young missionary, inspired by revivals that had taken place in other parts of the world, especially the Korean revival of 1907, Miss Monsen sets herself to pray for revival in China. She would pray for the next 20 years before she saw fruit of her labor of prayer.
